Unnecessary flooding email

Lately I have been flooded with unnecessary emails, every one minute, stating IP address changed for my domain name. In reality the IP address mentioned never changed and stay the same. I wonder if something is wrong because I use to get these notifications only when there is a true IP change by my ISP
