You need a Ticketing System with a web interface

While troubleshooting the problems I'm facing in middle of the domain transfer and DNS changes, sometimes email is not the best way to communicate. I'll suggest a Support / Ticketing system that can let members / users login to reply to an existing issue.

The ticketing system is being implemented into the control panel at this time to provide an alternative to email based communication.

The support/ticketing system has been implemented in the control panel. You may use it in the 'Support Tickets' area.
