Topic: registered domain in Cloudflare, wanted DDNS here but cant change NS

hey there. i think i made a mistake. i wanted to register a domain name and then do ddns with Dynu as i have with another domain name. i chose cloudflare because i already had a domain name with them for a website. i didnt realize that they dont allow (for free plans) changing the nameserver on a domain which seems weird because they are a registrar and should allow registrar type things, but that means i cannot put the ns1.dynu.com and ns2.dynu.com records into my domain config. does that mean i cannot do ddns with that domain name unless i transfer it?

As a domain registrar, Cloudflare should allow you to change name servers. To point your Cloudflare-registered domain to Dynu, you will need to update the nameservers in your Cloudflare account. Here are the steps to do so:1. Log in to your Cloudflare account2. From the dashboard, select the domain you wish to update3. Go to DNS settings and look for the Nameservers section4. Select the option to use Custom Nameservers5. Replace the existing nameservers with Dynu's nameservers:ns1.dynu.comns2.dynu.comns3.dynu.comns4.dynu.comns5.dynu.comns6.dynu.comPlease note that nameserver changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate across the internet, though it often happens much sooner.Once the nameservers have propagated, you will be able to manage your DNS records directly through your Dynu account. If you need any assistance setting up your DNS records on Dynu, please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll be happy to help.
