I have subscribed to the Full Service Email. I am having an issue with the Spam emails.

If I sign into webmail to view my emails, I find valid emails in the Spam folder. I can select them and click the check mark icon that marks them as not spam. This moves the email to my inbox. But the Dynu server doesn't remember the email from that address as not being spam.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client. If webmail shows messages in the Spam folder, I can start the Mozilla application but it does not pull the messages in that are in the Spam folder on the Dynu server. I have Mozilla setup to place Junk mail from the server into my Junk email folder. Apparently the Dynu email server is not able to communicate to Mozilla that the messages in the Dynu Spam folder are junk email.

This problem means that I have to log into webmail once per day to mark the valid emails in the Spam folder as "Not Spam" which moves them to my Inbox so Mozilla can pull them into the application.

Is there a way to solve this issue?
