Topic: Email auto-forwarding failed
Hello,I have a home NAS running an email server. I am using Email Store/Forward service daily. I set up an auto-forward policy which needs to forward some received emails to a different mailbox on a different domain. For example, if I receive an email from @google.com, I need to forward it to @Yahoo.com. Unfortunately, this doesn't work. I assume that the original sender's domain (google.com) does not belong to me and was not registered under my settings. The relay server only allows emails to pass through if the sender's domain was registered when the account was created. The email forwarding works if the recipient's mailbox has the same domain name as mine. e.g. my mailbox a@mydomain.com received an email from google.com; the filter can automatically forward it to b@mydomain.com.Maybe there are some settings I missed. Please advice. Thanks
