Bad User or PWTopic: Bad User or PW
I downloaded the new DNS client and it says I need to input a valid user name. I have put in my e-mail address as the user name. I don't know what else to use?!?!

Your username can be found in 'Contact Details' area in the control panel. You may change the username in 'Change Credentials' area.
