If you have dyndns-custom option in your router, you may follow the instructions here to use that option.

No , i do not have dyndns-custom option in my router.

You can download and use one of the free IP update clients at https://www.dynu.com/en-US/DynamicDNS/IPUpdateClient.

But if I used "IP update clients", I must let the PC always running . and I don't want to depend on PC
