I’m using an RDP server I purchased from you, but I’m experiencing a lot of lag and slowness when connecting from Nigeria. It makes basic tasks hard to do.

Could you please:
• Check if the server is overloaded or has limited resources?
• Let me know if I can be moved to a faster or less crowded node?
• Or suggest a data center/location that performs better for West Africa?

I appreciate any help or recommendations you can offer.
