i am very confused and cannot find the answer on your site, nor surfing the web for hours.

www.ladysword.rocks goes to the router login page.
ladysword.rocks goes to the correct web server files.

I would suggest you add something to your FAQ and also to your tutorials:

You have setup port forwarding for port 88 forladysword.rocks in the control panel but not www.ladysword.rocks so www.ladysword.rocks is going to port 80 on your web server.

We have setup port forwarding for www.ladysword.rocks for you in the control panel. Now www.ladysword.rocks goes to the correct web page.

Thanks so much for your help.

I tried several times to add port forwarding for www.ladysword.rocks. I am not sure it is possible for a user to add port forwarding for the “www” of the same domain. When I tried, it would tell me “you already have forwarding set up for ladysword.rocks.”

I don’t understand your form or how to do it. Your GUI is absolutely fantastic to look at and excellent. However, if you have some time, it would be so nice to add help popups to explain what each field name means, and examples of proper entries. The reason this would be helpful is because I spent HOURS trying to fix this on my own, and such simple help popups maybe could have saved me a lot of time.

Thanks again… I really appreciate your service!

Port forwarding for both www.ladysword.rocks and ladysword.rocks has been set up correctly at this moment. We have removed dynamic DNS service entry for www.ladysword.rocks since it has already been set up in ladysword.rocks with 'www' as an alias.

You may refer to the tutorials at https://www.dynu.com/Resources/Tutorials/DynamicDNS/Advancedfeatures/WebRedirect for more information regarding the setup.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. We will forward it to our development team to add explanations for the terms in the control panel itself.
