Dear Support team:
I have set all the appropriate ports in port forwarding and I have installed your windows client on to my computer, I have opened the ports in the firewall for inbound rules yet I can not use my host name to connect to any of the ports. I am using a 10M China Telecom fibre optic with an EPON ZTE modem, and a Netgear WNDRMACv2 router. When I use my internal ip addresses, I am able to connect to my computer, but I can not access through the internet. What could my problem be and how can I resolve it?

Could you please use this port check tool at https://www.dynu.com/NetworkTools/PortCheck to check if the appropriate port of the external IP address of your router can be reached or not?

Alternatively, you can use the external IP address of the computer to connect to it outside of the computer's network. If you are not able to reach it through the external IP, then port forwarding and firewall settings are not setup correctly.

I have used your port checking tool and the only port it says is open is port 21. Ports 80,3389 & VPN port all failed. So as they are non reachable, what could be the problem? As I mentioned in my first email that through a different router connected to computer router and the firewall has allowed access from the 10.0.0.x router into the 192.168.1.x router.
