Sub-accounts let a Corporate member give other people (staff, contractors, clients) their own login to the account, so nobody has to share the main password.
You create them under Control Panel → My Account → Sub-Accounts → Add by entering a name, username, password and email address. The new user confirms by email and then signs in with their own credentials.
For each sub-account you choose what it can do:
- Service: view and manage services such as DDNS, domains, email, SSL, VPS and monitoring, and add new ones
- Support: open and follow support tickets
- Account: edit company and contact details and manage sub-accounts
- Billing: view invoices, pay, add funds and manage payment methods
New sub-accounts get Service and Support by default. You can change permissions or temporarily disable or remove a sub-account at any time from the Manage page. Sub-accounts are part of the Corporate membership: https://www.dynu.com/en-US/Membership.
