I've signed up to dynu.com & dnsomatic.com so I can enter the details onto my BT Hub (as per your website instructions).

When setting up the dnsomatic account, the password MUST have a special character. When inputting the details on my BT Home Hub, I put the dnsomatic password in and get an error saying you can't use special characters!!

Very frustrating.

I know it's probably not a dynu.com problem, but has anyone else had this problem and resolved?? I've asked dnsomatic & BT with no result.
