any attempt to access webmail fails with timeout

Attempting to access email dashboard on dynu site takes extremely long time. I get a warning domain is not using Dynu MX records, however I can confirm the MX records do exist in my DNS for the domain.

Site has been been down since Oct 20, when will email services be restored to fully functional?
