I downloaded the dynamic ip engine 5.3. I logged into my account but the engine fails with "Bad Authentication" What am I doing wrong?

Check if you have assigned a location name to your hostname when signing up. If so, you need to use that location name in the 'Settings' tab of the client.

Check if you have assigned a location name to your hostname when signing up. If so, you need to use that location name in the 'Settings' tab of the client.
