The IP Update Client is designed to make it easier for you to install and use. It performs its functions by bringing you the utmost convenience.
Secure IP update
Our advanced IUC sends your IP update in a secure manner to safely update the hostnames in your account.
Configurable update interval
Choose how often the app checks for IP changes in the background. Android does not schedule background work more often than every 15 minutes, so 15 minutes is the shortest interval available.
Easy to use interface
Log in with your Dynu account to access a simple menu with options such as Dynamic DNS Service and IP Update Client, all from one easy-to-use mobile interface.
One-tap manual update
Tap "Update IP Now" to instantly push a fresh IP address to Dynu's DNS servers whenever you need it.
Background process
The app continues checking and updating your IP address in the background once you set the Dynu app's battery usage to "Unrestricted" in your device's App Battery Usage settings.
IPv6 support
This IP update client supports both IPv4 and IPv6 updates. You can enable/disable IPv6 update based on IPv6 connectivity through your ISP.
Support for groups
Assign your hostname to an IP Update Group in the control panel to manage and update multiple hostnames, including aliases across different locations, together from the app.
