I have acquired a free third-level domain from dynu.net.
I would like to add a DNS Record with type TXT to this domain from the web interface, which is showing "This DNS record type is only available for members, top level domain names and mature non dynu.com third level domain names."
What does it mean by "mature non dynu.com"?

For free third level domain, like example.mywire.org I can add a TXT record if it is older than 1 month?
