Hi. I just purchased a VPS plan with y'all and have created and started a Debian 12 instance. However, I am unable to SSH into it. I ran a port scan against the IP address and all (available) ports show as "filtered". Documentation doesn't mention any extra steps I need to take and this is definitely not my first rodeo. See attached screenshot for nmap output and my SSH connection string.
