I couldn't login to the dynu client so i reset my password.
Its all working to login on website but every time i try login to the client it says authorization failed ?
Is there something wrong with the client or password not updating ?

Have you populated the 'Location' field in the client software? If you do populate the 'Location' field, it should be a location that you have setup in the control panel.

If you are not using the 'Location' feature, please leave the 'Location' field in the client empty.

Are you using email address or username to log into the Dynu IP Update Client software? Either one should work but username is the one which should be used.
