It would be TRULY an improvement if the IP update API call (i.e. http://api.dynu.com/nic/update?hostname=myhost.com........) supported the API password keys as a valid passwords.

Maybe add this with as « &apipassword=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ».

This would allow me to have distinct API keys in various devices such that if 1 API key is compromised, I could just eliminate that compromised one and every other device would remain functional.
