I'm trying to register the CNAME to access my qnap server. When I try nothing happens and there is no error displayed. Additionally, can you please tell me the records required to point to my qnap using a ssl cert I purchased from your site. I installed the cert and public key on my windows 11 and in my qnap nas.

Please let me know what I'm missing.
