When the correct auth code has been supplied. The domain transfer will be in 'Pending' status and there is no further action needed from your end. The current registrar has a choice to push the domain through to the new registrar right away or they can do nothing and the domain will be transferred to the new registrar automatically after 5 days. So it depends on how the current registrar acts and this is the same procedure for all domain transfers across any registrar.

I'm guessing not much has changed regarding timeframes for a transfer? I'm bringing over my last domain from GoDaddy since they drove me away. Im glad to be clear of them.
My domain is gone from their dashboard, but it still shows pending here. I need to fix my SSL cert for the website, but I can't till I can get the required DNS records created here.
I have to learn to be patient, but I can't. My ADHD does not allow me to be patient. LOL
