Kind regards,

While true, this answer is not really satisfying.
Can Dynu act as a master zone to other zones via AXFR queries?
Is there a way to configure the AXFR permissions?

Yes. Dynu can accept AXFR queries for domain names hosted here. There is an option 'Allow Zone Transfer' in the control panel where you can control AXFR permissions.

Where is it possible to configure the AXFR permissions, i.e. limit IP addresses? Or there's only an option to allow for every IP / deny all?
