I am using the last version of the client, 5.4.0, but when I use the username and password that it says that the authentication fails.

I am using the same username and password that I use to login in the website. And I am using the username, no the email address.

I don't have any other message that I could add to try to help you with an ansuwer.

I have realize that this error is in windows server 2019, if I try in windows 10, it works as expected.
