Hi.
I notice that I have a limit of 4 DNS records, and I believe I have reached that limit.
If I transfer my domain to Dynu, will I still have this limit on my DNS records? If not, which would be the limit?

If you transfer the domain name to Dynu, the limit would be 500 records. Premium features such as DNSSEC would also be available for your domain name without any additional cost.

Besides the advantages above, if I buy a domain in Dynu, will the domain comes with WHOIS protection/privacy for free?

If you are from EU or areas where privacy protection is required by law, the WHOIS protection/privacy will come free. In other cases, privacy protection costs $4.99/year in order to provide contact form functionality as required by ICANN.

I am in the Portugal, EU. Do I need to give to Dynu some form of residence certification in order to apply for free WHOIS privacy? Or the ip is enough?

You won't have to provide Dynu proof of residency. It will automatically get applied.
