Are these IP addresses still valid ?
I want to make a cname or a record from Microsoft DNS but they seem to find a way to make everything a bit harder than it should be.

From the looks of it all IPs have changed. You can do a nslookup to get the new IPs.

NS1.DYNU.COM->162.216.242.2
NS2.DYNU.COM->192.210.48.3
NS3.DYNU.COM->104.149.238.82
NS4.DYNU.COM->45.119.209.45
NS5.DYNU.COM->216.244.86.50
NS6.DYNU.COM->69.25.171.134
