I'm using the email store and forward service.
Sometimes, email gets marked as spam when it isn't, and sometimes spam is missed.
Is there a way to provide feedback to the spam detection on the relay (either for my domain email or general learning for all going through dynu relay) to help the engine adjust?
Or would I need to run my own spam filter on my mailserver and ignore the classification that dynu has done?

To have more control over the Spam filtering would be nice indeed.

Especially as most anti-spam methods rely on checking the IP of the sender-host and thus won't work as the sender-host IP is always the IP of Dynu's forwarding-host.

I ended up disabling the spam filtering on the forwarding service, as I had too many false positives.
