                                Please help, I have recently changed to Dynu from NoIP and I am currently trying to set up my Hikvision Security Camera but it is not connecting to the server and I just cannot understand why. My settings in my Hikvision configuration area below.Enable DDNS -tickedDDNS Type - DynDNSServer Address - api.dynu.comDomain- mysitename.dynu.netUser Name - mydnyuusernamePassword - mydnyupasswordStatus: "Connect to server failed"

                                Hi there,I know this a late response, however. Have you checked the DNS address settings on the DVR/NVR NIC?Putting googles DNS may cure the issue: 8.8.8.8 and 4.4.4.4
