I have a general problem with issuing multiple certificates using my domain name. I would like to create certificates for different DDNS services within my network, e.g. to access my NAS or to access my Home Assistant. So I create say home-assistant.mydomain.com and NAS.mydomain.com.

The domain name is registered with Dynu. However, I keep having problems issuing or renewing my Let's Encrypt certificates and need to try multiple times or need to delete and recreate the DDNS entries on my pfsense to make things work. Is there anyone who can help me about this matter? Thanks.
