Apart from getting the auth code what else do I need to do as I already use your name servers?

I found an old post about a .uk and it seems .co.uk are the same, I just need to change the IPS to tag and inform yourselves. Do I pay prior to this?

You need to first place a domain transfer order with the new registrar and then change the IPS tag at the old registrar.
